So heard nothing but good things about stiction eliminator, yes know it’s a powerstroke thing mostly but I was interested in trying it to see if my intermittent valve ticking noise would stop and since I put it in earlier today my truck sounds like a old sewing machine non stop, the rest of the day the noise never stopped like it usually tends to do and I drove quite a bite it seems to sound worse now. Could the stiction eliminator made my issue worse somehow? It’s been ticking on and off for years now. Not fuel related newish r and d system, not exhaust leaks, defiantly internal. Goes away with throttle applied during acceleration, not really loud at idle, seems mainly at a light load situation like empty driving in town. My phone won’t pick up the sound very well but I’ve got lots of videos with engine noise in them if that may help?
