I just wear romeos and square toe chit kickers but wouldn’t mind more boots ;Really
I myself have but two pair, one for work/everyday and one that pretty much only gets worn for church.

My 91 has 6 total boots lol

Oh I forgot my steel toe muds for pouring concrete… insulated and non insulated… my livelihood…

The non insulated pair has outlasted 4 insulated pair… and is still in excellent shape. I use the non insulated 80% of the time.

Fired up the brown truck, it sputtered and died in the driveway. The tank was 3/8 full. I filled it up, and it started and ran great. Guessing that means the showerhead broke off in the one tank that's still hooked up.

I need to pull the bed off and fix that fuel system right.

Sounds like it. Pulling the bed is usually much easier then dropping tanks.

Plan is to plumb the tanks to a brass 6-way valve mounted under the cab floor, then through a prefilter and filter to a Walbro pump, all mounted on the frame. That'll let me take the stock filter out of the engine compartment.

I can straighten out some damage to the front of the bed before I put it back, too.

I don`t know what`s going on with the Clutch Peddle, but
have a lot of travel till I have pressure the rest of the way.
Also it engagement is just off the floor.

Think about 4 years ago I pulled a peddle assy of a 85 250.
Took it apart, wire wheeled everything, painted the levers etc..
Installed all new Bushings, and at that time as I had it apart,
Made it super easy to grind off the weld, and drive out the pin
for the Heim Joint Mod.

I mainly did this repair as preventative maint. because of age and miles and the untold million times the peddles have been worked.

I was under the dash looking around to see what was causing the
extra travel, and pushing in on the peddle, noticed the BIG yellow
Spring was being cocked to one side. Not suppose to do that.

Took the 86 assy apart this afternoon, wire wheel all the parts on the bench grinder. Ground off the weld and punched out the Pin for the Heim Joint Mod. Wire wheeled the yellow spring best I could, then wiped it all down with Wax and Grease remover, masked off things and threw on some black paint. and painted
the spring JD yellow
Tomorrow get it together....Then the fun begins removing Steering Column, Peddle assy and what ever else is in the way. Hope it fix`s it.
OH Yeah, I do have new Ford Bushings to install.

I was looking at them 6 ways, but decided against them. I like to be able to switch them separately.
What are you running for fuel lines? I've been thinking about that also. think I'll go with that ptfe? line

My step mom died last Thursday. Today was a small memorial/get together for just family and friends.
I went into work at 6:45 this morning. I left at 11:00. Then I went home, took a shower, threw on some clean clothes, and hopped in the truck to drive about 215 miles for three hours of family time and then drove back home. Overall, not a fun day and I don't really recommend it to anyone else.
