I have several of those carbs around that he used. I watched the 1st video when he showed how he installed it and got it running..
But Mine are on the 14-16 Horse Single Cylinder Kohlers they are supposed to be on....
It looked like a fairly common Carter or Walbro that was used for decades on small engines... but the are just that small engines.
The "bigger" carb they put on a 16 horse Kohler, is for 341 cc's (which is why it's a K341, thats how Kohler specified the model number, by cc displacement... I.E. a 7 horse was a K161... a 14 horse was a K321...) not 302 Cubic Inches.... so I agree... it may run.... but the timing is gonna have to be adjusted... and I bet it still runs hot. I know on a Kohler, you can run them lean enough, the muffler will glow red......
