The problem isn’t airflow with these engines it’s getting enough fuel to them and handling that cylinder pressure, they already flow better than 4 valve 6.0 powerstroke heads in stock form. As for using a different engine’s cam spec in our engines, best I can tell the torque cam on the market already is a spec from an already existing 6.2/6.5 cam, I think looking at the ford IDI cam and improving on that for your turbo size and valve train setup would be the safest and make the best improvement, but there’s better $ per HP spent in the turbo and pump department.
