What did you torque your bracket bolts to? I started putting mine on last night and I torqued them to 45 ft-lbs because I thought I read that on here but that just doesn't seem like very much on something fairly critical like a spring hanger. Thinking I will go tighten them up a bit more. They are about 7/16 so can't go crazy but, it seems like that's just not enough. Nuts were anti-rotation though from Doorman so that was nice.

Got the pump back, again. Done right and tuned for exactly what I want, not just "maxed out"

Don't mind the random fittings, just keeping the paint out!

my very own hell
About time you put that engine in! LOL Is that IP supported at the tail end somehow, or does it have just the bolts that hold it to the timing cover?

And I just thought of something, with all that weight on the front axle, did you ever consider trussing it? Maybe not on the top cause of oil pan clearance, but the bottom? Not gonna lose much of ground clearance, and will help strengthen the whole housing quite a bit.

Super looking Jon!!

I found a Travelette and I'm trying to figure out how to approach 'she that must approve all cash transactions' about it.

Gm sending unit reads 0-90 ohms, IH reads 73-10 iirc. well I had to do something to make the gauge work!

Remade the engine mounts to work with the factory isolators. The tapered piece is from a Farmall tractor....

This looked severely damaged to me, but nothing rides on it, just a sleeve over it, pulled apart a dodge case I had and it's the same. weird how they left it that rough....
