Please take a couple extra shots whenever you get putting the front spring hangers in. I'm hoping to be doing the same soon.

Overload springs stops installed from the 03. Had to drill out some of the holes but pretty much a bolt on deal, after you strip prep paint and buy new hardware.

Added the extra hanger and the exhaust is sitting just where I want it

Tomorrow I’ve got a full free day to work on this, looking forward to making some real progress.

I am loving that exhaust!
I was thinking it may be a bit over bearing with it being 5” but it’s growing on me, and it won’t be restriction even with a compound setup.

This is really an awesome thread. Thanks for posting the progress.
Happy to! Glad you’ve enjoyed it ;Sweet
Are the 4 holes in the back wall of cab for your amp?
The four holes in the back of the cab with the black grommets? Not quite sure what those are meant for but i didn’t put them there, all the wiring passes through under the cab next to the rear cab mount through a grommet

F-superduty springs swapped on

Pulled the radius arm (pretty sure that’s the wrong term) mount off a parts truck and transfered the bolt holes to paper the old school way.

Did a little reinforcement for the frame, no I’m not a welder but I’ve never had a weld break on me.

Cut the holes for front hangers, the rear three bolt holes are already there for the core support mount, so you line up the hanger with those holes and mark the other three to be drilled. Easy peasy

Pulled the shock mounts off the f-superduty, they may be too tall but I can always cut them down, well see once the axle is in

Painted the filler necks, I think the black will look nice inside the white filler doors.

I'm thinking that might be the track bar you're calling a radius arm?

Looking good so far! Everything looks better with fresh paint!

Haven’t decided on the firewall quite yet, but I do use dei heat wrap on all exhaust components, works very well
