You need it? Come get it, local pickup only. Been there done that with shipping these things

i was able to find a good one in KY while at the rally, just some minor surface rust. that one is much cleaner then the one i got but TX is far of a drive for me.

i would never turn down a good brick core support.

I was not aware of that. Was thinking of doing the plastic headliner in my truck but never sourced one. But I assume u could use the dynomat just about anywhere insulation should go inside the truck?

It’s going everywhere in this truck, and I think you can get them on lmc, that’s where we got the rubber flooring iirc

Wiring harness is cleaned up and taped. Made a list of connectors I need to order in and fixed some bare wires that would cause some issues down the road

Final update for the day, was looking at options available online for mounting the 99+ leafs on the pugnose style frames (81-92) seems only option for bolt on is to buy the super duty spring kit for obs trucks and add four inches of frame to the front to mount it. Didn’t like that idea so started looking at the parts trucks we had here and what do ya know, F-Superduty uses leaf springs for the front solid axle and is the same year range frame as Jerry, just narrowed. Soooo off comes the front end

Still need to pull the shock mounts and sway bar mounts off that truck.

Pressure washed, stripped and painted the zf5 and bw1356.

The trans came from the superduty, you can see the driveline brake which can be removed and transfer case bolted in its place.

Rubber floor laid out and settling overnight.

Yep one of the benefits of living in Texas is it softens up pretty quick, we want to get the rear speakers in and amp wired before the carpet goes in for permanent install

Few days behind on updating this, been working on some tedious things that just take time.

Rubber floor is in, used the heat gun to form everything in. Ran all the wires for the amp

Built an enclosure for 6x9 speakers in the rear and ran wires. Tweeters are wired in as well

New front speakers are in, gonna need to figure something out to clearance the door panel or use some spacers for the speaker
