Rear brakes on, drilled and slotted rotors and ricer red calipers. Got sent two passenger side calipers so looking forward to dealing with that... still waiting on the Russell braided stainless brake lines.

For sure. And parts were cheap, I think the rotors and calipers for the all four corners were $350. Definitely faster to install than drum brakes

I just have the SD rear but man I'm willing to swear by it! Don't know the difference between the 10.25 and 10.50 or if that makes much of a difference but the disk brakes and the 3.73s make a world of difference to me. Love it!

Exhaust is in, it’s a 5” diamond eye kit. Fits okay, I had to remake three out of the hangers and I think it’s gonna interfere with the bronco tank so may have to dump it out in front of the axle.

Need to add another hanger to the muffler delete pipe

Front speakers are in, had to mount them behind the door sheet metal and clearance it for the cone.

Stock speaker covers in and full interior back in. Going to rock the bench seat until the buckets are done being recovered

Rear speakers in, came out pretty nice. Looking forward to hearing how this setup sounds.

I think I missed it, or you didn't say. What size are the front speakers you put in?

Thanks guys, I’m sorry for not updating the thread in a while, I’ll get some more pictures when I get back to the shop but here’s what I have from my phone.

Bilstein 5100s installed, on the bricknose chassis the shocks are forward facing, on the 03 axles they are rear facing since there is no rear tank, so I pulled the shock mounts off the axle swapped them side to side so they both face forward and cut off the detent so they are fully adjustable by loosing the u bolt and rotating them on the axle tube.

Bronco tank installed, I used the stock straps with longer bolts to drop it down 7.5”, didn’t need to modify the frame, dropped right in. I modified the tank straps to clear the exhaust, I’ve since made some changes to this setup for more clearance Clarence.

Got the ebrakes adjusted on each side and added a couple inches to the stock connector so it works like stock, didn’t have to change any of the cables this way and e brake works great.
