Hello to all,my name is Jeff and I have been a member for a little while now.I have a 1992 Ford F250 XLT Super cab With the IDI and E40D trans.4x4 with Dana's and 410 gears. It has 177.000 miles on it with a fiberglass cap painted to match. The truck is in really good all original stock condition.I have and have done alot of maintenance over the years.I Am the second owner and have owned it for approx 25 years.I'm in AZ so no rust whatsoever.I had the truck repainted do to sun fading two years ago.I did not do the hood, cab roof or shell.I also installed a Gear Vendor two years ago.The friend I bought the truck from had a Banks Turbo,Banks Transmission controller installed when new. Here is a list of repairs done
Newer water pump
Newer fan clutch
Newer thermostat
New belts and hoses
Radiator rodded and checked
New windshield wiper motor and washer pump(needs washer tank replaced/repaired)
New body to frame suspension parts
New bushings throughout suspension
New Motor and transmission mounts
New shocks
Newer heavy duty brakes and parts...front and rear
All fluids replaced
New Armstrong tires...10 ply highway tread
all windows and door locks work
Newer upgraded A/C..converted from R-12
New heater core
New LED bulbs in dash
The dash was repaired whereas the trip meter functions when the LED's were installed
Electric brake controller
Water,oil,alt gauges under dash
All new universal joints less the front Dana 50(still running fine) and new driveshaft for Gear Vendor conversion
Since you cannot buy a quality dual tank switchover,I installed a series of US Valve solenoids and a Facet lift pump as well. This allows for the fuel gauges to actually work and the fuel tanks actually switch without blowing a fuse!
New Brass floats on the fuel sending units and all new rubber fuel lines.
I know that I forgot things but will answer if asked. The truck has leaks, transfer case to bell housing, front differential, and an oil leak from up top.I originally did most of the work recently to pull my travel trailer back and forth to Sow Low AZ but decided to put it permanently in an RV park.I actually had it professionally hauled as I decided that I don't want to be pulling a trailer. The truck has mainly been used for transportation back and forth to work and pulling a sailboat with the original owner and myself pulling a boat as well.I would put a camper on it and go quad riding, fishing and hunting and transportation for pleasure as well. This truck has never been worked out of.Now I'm going to try and get some pictures and try and upload them, most likely on another thread.I'm asking 9500.00 for the truck. The Gear Vendor, driveshaft and installation was 5200 in itself.Give me your thoughts please.
Thank you Jeff
