Here's mine. First two are of the ad when I found it. The last is from the spring. Haven't done much since except buff, wax, and polish the wheels.

Still use it. Owned since 1990, went to the desert a month ago added 1000 miles. All the rust is from living on the coast, not much underneath.

Something about flatbeds just doesn't appeal to me. I like the stock look, plus not having to secure everything.

my 83

I bought this truck from the original owner. 149K miles put a seat out of a 89(with folddown armrest). PO made the winch bumper. I have the original chrome bumper. Eason

My very first IDI. It was a '88 F250 4x4. I bought it with a blown 7.3L in it and swapped it out with a 6.9L. It had 4.11 gears with a factory locker in the rear axle and a C6 Auto. I added the marker lights, twin beam revolving light, and a custom front bumper with a Warn 8,000# winch to the front. I kick myself in the butt for ever selling this truck.
