My '88 F250 has a few problems.
On the rear axle- the front leaf spring hanger is broke where the bolt goes through on the outside and inside hole is egged out.
Rear left is cracked halfway through, rear right has a big hole in it, as do both shackles.
It's about $250 in parts, (3 hangers and shackles)
My carrier bearing is also shot- oreillys says they can't get one. Where should I look?

I'm supposed to sell this thing- guy is passing thru state tomorrow and wants to get it on the way, but I just can't get rid of it- I think I'm keeping it!

Dont Sell itLOL

Try a Napa, Or you might have to go to the dealer. For the springs and stuff why dont you try going to a junkyard

I have instead verbally sold my last 2 GM 6.2s and that money is what I'm going to put into this thing.
Maybe someday I can get another 6.2 again, they are fun rigs- I do miss my burban.

I will check napa for the carrier bearing.
If I bought spring hangers from a junkyard, they would have to be removed at the junkyard. I think it'd be hard to remove old ones and still be able to reuse them. I guess it depends how good you are with a torch.
