so, I finally had some time to install this,
and besides my stock castings, it went off without a hitch!
I did have to pull my turbo tho. but only because I couldn't get the castings apart.
seals great! and still have loads of room.
even with a 3" downpipe.
sulaco is gonna get a 4"!
so now that im currently testing, im sending a few out today!
hope to have these on the market soon!!
I need Y's!!!
if you have any forsale, please let me know!

well ****. went out to the shop this morning to hopefully make these pipes up.
but in an effort to get the price down a little, I found cheaper bellows.
I do not like them.
there bigger and more bulky. I did one and I do not like it!
time to order some more.

IMHO....If they fit, and make the overall price per unit lower...why not use them?

Cheap bellows blow out and blow soot and power everywhere, I like the vibrant bellows myself I believe that’s what Justin uses on his kits as well.

don't want to use them because its a source of heat too close to the #7 injector.
I don't want to sell marginal stuff, I want it to last and not have any issues.
I tried to keep the cost on the low side, but quality parts cost..
so ill stick with the vibrants

these are damn near ready,
ill be getting up at the crack of dawn to final weld these badboys.

the price is $650 to your door.
I will purchase your old Y for $100 after you install.
if you have any Y's laying around, you do not have to purchase these for me to buy them from you
I will have 5 available to ship on Monday!

now i just need me a shiny new crossover pipe, a turbo outlet and a damned downpipe. only making 5-6psi fully loaded and pedal on the floor with EGTs in the 1100s. it's awful.

there are 2 of these installed on trucks.
I think its important to state that I do not know if these will work with R&D return rails.
some firewall mods may be necessary. mine did not, the other that's installed will hit the firewall
in low gear and ******* the throttle. by his own admission he has kinda destroyed his firewall previous to install.
I also suspect cab mounts and engine mounts, he is several states away so I cant really set eyes on it.

I decided to not do "core charges".
but I will continue to buy these cast Y's before or after sale.
eliminates some of the confusion, and I don't have to keep track lol

@typ4 is the go to for the crossovers.

I'm questioning why the bellows are needed. My 02 powerstroke has straight pipe as up pipes . just something I've wondered . someone please educate me on the bellows

bellows are needed because stainless grows when heated, remember they see over 1000*
your powerstroke should have bellows, and if youre using the old school donut gaskets like stock. you should upgrade :D
