Ok i need help. Spent all day on this **** got it to fire and tu. 1 time. That was whe. I cracked number 1 and it ran closed it and it died . Getting pissed. Shpuld have ran it up and dow. The road. All thpugh when it did run white smoke came out exhaust pipe filled my garage. Hasnt ran since that was at 7. Could timing be that far off?

Yes very easily the timing could be retarded that much. When its running did it sound like a gas engine kind of quite or did you hear some pad type rattling.

Crack each one while it's running, and also drive it, or at least hold the rpm up a ways.

We no luck on moving timeing so any guess. Because at this point i dont have a damn clue. Injectors are barly 6 months old. Ip is new all sensors new. Timing on timing mark should start ran when i got it in garage. Any want to buy a truck. So i see post about when bleeding lines fuel shooting when you cravk them open and crank? Mine just barly runs out

whats going on now brother,she's not running? when your replace the ip did you pull the inspection cover or the gear housing? when you repalce (or adjust the fuel screw) on the ip you need to bleed it.
1. crank for 20 full continuous seconds.i know it sounds like a long time.it's ok.
2.stop.let the starter cool for at least 2 full minutes.take a walk.cool down yourself too lol.
3.crank for another full 20 seconds or until the truck starts.
4.if the truck didn't start put the battery charger on trickle for 4 hours and walk away.
5.repeat steps 1-4 as needed........iv never had the engine not run by step 3 after ip swap/fuel screw adjustments.....however i do have electric fuel pumps on both trucks,so fuel is always all the up to ip at start of the cranking sessions.expect to be a bit less fortunate in your results possibly with a mechanical lift pump.

ip in a basic straight position will run (provided the timing gears didn't get frigged up via improper removal.)

Inspection cover. Think theres an air leak. Going back to the basics. Its a new bull moose.

Ok got it to run for 10 secs when bleedindung lines dropped rpm and died. 1 line run to fuel pump and 1 line run to 5 gallon jug of fresh diesel. Now it wont run like no fuel. When i pop lines on injectors a few of them i get nothing now. Is the pump bad. Its brand new

the mechanical lift pump is brand new you mean or the moose pump? im guessing the lift pump since we already know your installing a reman ip.
yes.id suspect a faulty lift pump.it happens.dead in the box.try another one.......edit.how could i ever suggest such a thing? lol.id never do it.
