ratchet strap will not pass inspections just fyi.

make up a nice peice of bar stock with a hole in each end. go over the tops of the batts with a j bolt on each end. now it is legal. plus no matter how tight u get it, it will rub threw the strap.

What he said. Thankfully we don't have inspections here in SD though!

I don't want to jack your thread so here is just one pic so you can see. I was kinda cheap and just used some very long bolts for mine along with a strap iron piece from a treadmill I scrapped:

I do like your mounting off the front though 88beast. I might have to incorporate it into my own system. Keep those pics coming. ;Sweet

i seen urs it looks good man
but a few questions how is that wired?
and to me it looks 24v setup
but i like it theres minimal bounce on the other end where right now i have no support i will make soemthing for the rad overflow and that will have some support just in case but i do like it

nope those are + to + then - to - = 12V Here is a pic of my trays..used both stock trays and put them both on the drivers side.. doesnt move an inch.

i got it both batts have the same ground
ya my only concern is if the engine ground will reach all the way over there
if not ill extend it but i dont wanna

ok so i finished the mount today i still need to drill the holes in the holddown bar
im working on the washer tank mount right now got the gf cutting a piece to hold it up
it got dark so no pics today maybe tomorrow
and i am going to use an aftermarket coolant tank itll be much easier to mount

ok lift horribly failed too much work not enough space with the front hitch to fit it and im sick of removing stuff to fit other stuff with this turbo build so..... im cut the fenders a bit
so anyone who wants a 2 inch skyjacker lift for the ttb pm me

dave i used youre idea here so heres the pics batts finally relocated
i got a few little odds and ends to tie up but the batts dont seem to be taking a charge? im going to check tomorrow and see if its alt or batt

and 2 screw top ones and 2 gauge welding wire

thanks idi driver its getting there
i still need to mount the new rad overflow its ziptied on till i pick up a bolt tomorrow
and mod the pass positive and ground the pass negitive to the frame

but now there should be more turbo stuff on here soon
