I saw an ad on CL that has me thinking. A guy has a 1992 F-350 CC 4x4 with a turbo'd IDI, one owner with 79k miles. He wants to trade up or down for a classic muscle car and has cash to make up the difference. I have a 1967 Mustang, needs paint and interior, but has had lots of work done and I drive it every summer. I've had the car since I was 16. Just assuming everything was the way you wanted it to be, which would you guys prefer, a classic mustang or a F-350 CC?

Id stick with the mustang personally. You can find a cc 4x4 pretty easily, but a 67 mustang thats a different story. How many other people could say that they have had a 67 mustang since they were 16.

I cant, I had a rotted out f100 with 400,000+ miles on it.

Would be a foolish mistake to sell that car...one you would certainly regret. Just my .02

I have both.
I grew up with a 1965 Mustang coupe. I would never part with it.
Then i bought a CC IDI

Keep the Mustang. My brother has had his 68 Mustang since we were 12 years old. Fixed it up for HS and drove it every warm day until the day we graduated. It would be a major mistake to sell that car for a truck.

A fastback I would keep, a coupe I would dump in a second. Dime a dozen, had them, and no longer have love for them anymore. My first car was a 67' coupe with a 4 speed. I kept that car from 1990 till 2007. No regrets selling it when I did.
