Your hassle w/ the machine shop is part of the reason I just ordered two, new casting (New Zealand ;Sweet ) built heads from Clearwater. My truck has been down for 2 months. I did not want to fart around with getting the heads rebuilt. Trust me, I do not have money to throw away, but my time is worth a specific amount to me!

BTW-$375 each for the heads plus shipping. Rock Auto is sending me Sealed Power lifters and pushrods plus all of the gaskets.

Congratulations man!!! Our trucks are alike, with parts from several different years!! I just got mine back together a couple months ago. I've been having to work the bugs out of it (currently having a injector problem with new injectors!!!) , but it feels great to be back driving a diesel, doesn't it?
