How "off" could things be with mismatched code injectors?

I bought a set of Uhaul injectors, went through and balanced them at roughly 1900-2000 psi. At the time I guess I didn't pay real close attention but by looking at a couple of the pintles I thought I had ended up with all G-codes.

Well, I put everything back together and the truck was idling rough and not quite running right. I just got around to pulling the injectors and retesting them (individually) a couple nights ago.

I found when I took apart one of the injectors that I apparently have at least one BB mixed in with a bunch of G-codes, possibly more.

If they're all balanced out close though, would that make a difference?

I have tried matching same letter code injectors that had different amounts of use with poor results. This was matching within 10psi.
