Heater Hose Weep Holes?

My heater hoses have what appear to be weep holes on 2" centers. Several are actually weeping. I know they need to be changed, but they will have to wait until it warms up. Anybody ever seen anything like this before?

I have not seen this before but you know that Murphy's Law won't let it wait untill it warms up.

Murphy's Law will wait in order to break on the worst cold and wet day it can find
