Alright I'm sorry to ask but I know it was here and now I can't find it....where is the write-up on the Coolant Filter mod? I'm thinking I may tackle that this weekend. I've got the original (i think they are 5/8") hoses on my truck with the original "T". Anyway they are finally starting to crack and weep...so now is the time but I can't find the stinkin write-up. :dunno Thanks in advance.

If your refering to the "T" in the return line from the heater that goes to the bottom of the radiator just delete that bottom line... Its supposed to warm up the trans cooler faster on the auto trucks. That is not worth using. The line is around $100.00 from Ford too. When you pull the bottom hose adapter you will see it has about a 1/8th inch hole drilled thru it... Not much coolant getting thru that.....
