Is it possible?
What do I have to do?
I have a like new T-19 4x2 sitting around, and I want to either rebuild the T-19 in my grandpas truck or convert this one to work.

output shaft and housing are completely different animals.
if you really have a bug to do the swap, I do have a couple of parts trans from a 4x4 that can be broken down.

I thought the T-19 didnt require the whole thing to be torn appart like the ZF does.
So the whole transmission needs torn appart to replace the output with the 4x4 version.

I know this is true of the C6. Not sure about the T-19, although I would guess it would be. Seems the issue is the lenght of the tailshaft, and of course the housing around it.
