I just want to let everyone know about this business and to avoid purchasing anything from them. I ordered a set of Fender Flares for my F250 from them over 2 weeks ago and have still not received them, they have not even been shipped yet. Every time I try to call them they are rude and act like this is somehow my fault, they kept telling me they will be in tomorrow, but when I call them they say they aren't there and are rude. I went to their retail location and they were also rude there (trailblazers) they act like it is an inconvenience to even have to speak to you, I would recommend that everyone avoid dealing with them. I finally got ahold of someone this morning who wasn't as rude as before but he told me that my items wouldn't even be shipped until next week at the earliest, even though I ordered them over 2 weeks ago, I asked for a refund and he told me they couldn't do that, and he said if it was possible to give me a refund that they would charge a 20% restocking fee even though they don't even have the items yet. When I ordered the items I was told they would be shipped within 3 days and that was a total lie. If you need anymore proof about this poor business just look at these other complaints:

They are actually fairly close to me but I will never do business with them again, it has been ridiculous the way that I have been treated when stopping in or calling to check on my order that was close to $300.

Sounds like it's time to introduce them to the BBB. Did you pay with a credit card? Cancel payment. You don't have to be the victim. Let them know of your intentions and see if they change their tune. A full refund may be easier for them than dealing with the credit card company over the 20% restocking fee.

Just do as posted above... They "said" the parts would be shipped in 3 days..... What three days were they talking about..... A chargeback is your best bet. They have FAILED to meet the bare minum of their commtiment. Cheating you is one thing but... Cheating a Merchant bank wil probaly get them in real big trouble especially if you did this finacial transaction over the phone or thru the Mail.. Fraud comes to mind... Every credit card is backed by a merchant bank.. They will not give up collecting from the bad debeters thats just a given... So... Maybe you do have something you can do.....

Sounds like what I just went through with All Coasts Transport. Paid a deposit and communication from them went to $hit. Finally got my money back today (minus the PayPal fees). Funny the refund came right after I left a testimonial and feedback on them...

It has been several months, but I am fairly certain that truck addons is also the same place that I ordered something from and was treated in the same manner.

After they had my money for about a month, I called to see what the hold-up was and the guy flared up at me like I was the one to blame; he talked plumb rude and hateful.

I apologized for being such a problem, apologized for being so naive as to actually order something from them, and promised that I would not trouble him anymore.
