Found them. McMaster-Carr. Not cheap, cause I got a bunch so I can do the brown truck and project little and throw the extras in my tool box.

Any tricks for getting them on? Dishsoap kinda thing, or something else?

From my experience, it's usually harder to get the old ones off than it is to get the new ones on.
