Any suggestions as to where I should punch a hole at?

Hi, can anyone inform me as to where I can punch a hole for a drain at the valley pan? I just removed the turbo and from reading here and asking another member, I am now confused on the decision to where the new hole will be made at. I've taken a picture of the valley pan and I see one bigger hole which the return line from the turbo connects to and a smaller hole right across from it. I realize the bigger hole needs to be cleaned up first but please feel free to mark on the image(if that is no trouble)so I can have a visible idea of what and where this hole is to be punched though. Thank you in advance.

Down inside the larger hole where the turbo drain goes.
The smaller hole behind it is where the valley pan drain is, where stuff drains to outside the engine.
