pulling a brake booster is alot easier than pulling a head. just sayin :D

I was able to drill (#28) about 3/8 deep into the glow plug that was broke on our 7.3 IDI and tap for 8-32 then put a bolt into it about a 1/4" then used a slide hammer on bolt to gently tap( pull) it out, first I tried a sheet metal screw threaded into it until it stopped kept turning driver an was able to turn the gp a little, think that loosed it up then tried the slide hammer on the screw then but screw pulled out, good luck

Worked well for us, may not be able to do it this way on the back glow plugs, we replaced all so no worrys for a while!
