Tuna can with wires and one vacuum line. F has it on the passenger wheel well. You'll need to follow the vacuum line to find it in your E.
Brake proportioning valve should have an idiot light switch in it that tells you right after the pedal goes to the floor that the pedal just went to the floor.
That is the vacuum reservoir.

Second pic between the ball shaped reservoir and the horn
Yes they are a metal coffee can. Same one I have. That's not what I'm pointing you towards; just a clear pic of the tuna can. Look at the other component in the pic I linked so you have a general idea what it looks like.
You can disconnect the e brake switch, etc and see if the light still misbehaves.
Coffee can is reservoir for cruise control vac as stated
Older ones aren't a ball, but a metal can that looks like a small coffee can. And yep mine is in the passenger wheel well. Dunno where the sensor is.

In your video...
See that "manifold" hanging above your cruise control?
The one with all the vacuum lines on it.
Trace each of those vacuum lines. One of them will lead you to the tuna can.
No idea why you have both a ball and a can.
