Was that dipstick left out of the engine for a while?

Looks like they ran some WVO through it, and meeces got to the dipstick.

Can't imagine anything down in the sump, broken off of some other part of the engine, slinging around hard enough and long enough to do that to the dipstick.

It really does look like mouse chewins. And where it's parked looks like mouse heaven...

Not likely that you will get any of the interior parts, but if so, I am interested in the rods. Getting ready to build a turbo 6.9, they would help.

Those may not (probably aren't) Factory Turbo rods. It was most likely a N/A engine that someone put a turbo on.
