6.9 idi head bolt washers

I'm in need of head bolt washers for a 1986 6.9 idi and I can not find them or I can not find the part number. If someone knows please help me thanks.

I seen some on Ebay last week. Reason I remember is because they were pretty expensive for washers.

Can you just use grade 8 washers?

If you know the dimensions of the washers, you can check McMaster-Carr online.
