The LPO gauge in the dash is the last item in a long chain to get a signal. Some trucks will never show oil pressure on the LPO gauge while cranking. If you pull the oil filter and crank the truck and the oil filtered housing fills, then you should have LPO. May have to throw a mechanical gauge on it to see it while cranking.

But it’s about impossible to have any HPO without LPO.

there’s alittle oil in there but I pushed the anti drain back down I’m pretty sure and she wouldn’t fill the filter housing up

Regardless of the drain back valve being pushed, the housing should fill fairly quick.
I'm curious if you have something clogging the oil side of the oil cooler.

Actually, I forgot. Could be the oil pressure relief valve.
It's right behind the crank pulley.

Just an fyi ..................

You push the oil filter DRAIN VALVE to close it for the LPOP test.

The anti-drainback valve is there to keep the oil filter housing full when you shut off the engine.

The oil filter bypass valve in the standpipe is there if the filter plugs up.

The oil cooler bypass is there if the oil side of the oil cooler plugs up.

4 seconds or so to fill w/ it pushed down. Maybe 10-12 seconds to fill w/ it left open.

I’m one step closer lol pulled the plug on the pump and it shot out from all the tension on the spring idk if it should do that or not.now I gotta get another magnet that’s smaller then the one I’ve got to pull the plunger out and see if there’s anything in there
