Update! Yeah, finally. Got the frame blasted and painted. Just received a box today from Wes at CCD, and will be installing this stuff tonight. ARP studs, 140cc DB2 IP and fresh injectors. Will see how it does soon! Spent 4k in the last week on this thing, got a ton of stuff from LMC as well. New body mounts, bushings, shocks, seat reupulstry, ECT.

I am thinking of soldering a fitting into the tank. I eventually want to run dual tanks but I can figure that out later.

It looks like you ran your returns in a closed loop with no line heading back to the tank...?

I redid my return system. The injector return lines tie into the return on the injection pump, which will flow back to the tank.

The blue is ford engine blue from Napa.

If there is a 6x6 inch flat space on the bottom of your fuel tank, I’ve got single or dual port sumps that will work for your feed and return

I am using the in cab tank. It sits on the floor of the cab, so I probably can't use that. I plan to put a bronco tank in the rear eventually and have dual tanks.

Gotcha. Well you could always drill the top of the tank and put a fuel cell bulkhead in for the return, and do the same at the bottom of the tank for the feed. Too small of a return line can restrict fuel if it backs up under heavy throttle.
