7.3 PSD intercooler measurements to fit 1986 f250

Well I tried to put a 7.3 PSD intercooler up to my idi radiator but it just barely does not fit. The one I got is from rock auto. The radiator is a summer racing brand brass and copper. I’m wondering is there’s slight differences in each part compared to the ford equivalents that’s leading to the miss match.

Does any one have a specific brand of PSD intercooler they have used or have one laying around and could take some measurements for me?

I just took a few measurements in my parts. Radiator frame is 31-1/2 and the intercooler pipes at the bead are 31. About a half inch too narrow.

I have used a 6.0L in the past. I bought at a local salvage yard.
