the only failure ive had in my clutch set up, ZF5, was the mechanical linkage to the master, FWIW.

Yeah I think I will set the cab on next and see what can be done, and if there is not enough space to go mechanical I will have to buy all the hydraulics.

When I did my swap I went from a c6 to a t19. All I had to do was cut a hole out for the shifter, Sourced a factory clutch pedal assy. and welded a stud to it, drilled a hole in the firewall for the hydraulic clutch. It's super easy and fits like a glove.

I am pulling the cab now, I am working on the back two cab mount bolts, they spin but don't come out more than 1/2". Maybe they are spinning under the truck, I will need to have someone go under and look when I spin them. That is all that is holding it on now, the cab mounts are in really good shape on this one.

Well I would be happy to help someone else out with what I have done. I have to pull my 79 frame around and get some guys to help me set the cab on, I just slid it off the side on a piece of 1x1 square tube. I have it sitting on my plastic truck toolbox from my 86 f250. I have a lot to do with work and school, and this weekend I have to go down south and I will not have time to do anything, which sucks. But maybe I can get a little closer.

Well the cab needs a little lift to work. It looks like the clutch is not going to work mechanically, so I am looking for hydraulics.
