I think that is what it is called. I don’t know if it is working. Here is a video of both of the solenoids clocking. Tell me what you think. If it is bad where do I buy one?

ok, how do I attach a video? The fuel shut off clicks, but not loud. The timing advance just barely clicks.

Don't worry about it. My temp sensor for it went bad, they wanted a bunch of money for it, so I waited and it's been not working for the past ten years. I see no benefit from it, the engine runs fine and starts fine without it.

Maybe ok thanks. Mine runs great so I won’t concern myself.

If you want to post a video you need to upload it to YouTube or something and share it here.

If timing is set at 8 degrees or more, it really isnt needed. If timing is set on the slower side, or just slow because of wear over time it will help with cold smoke and smoothness. One thing that I feel that it does help with is keeping the advance piston from getting sticky.
