i cant see the video on this crappy comp. and my phone is small.

the clutch fan is new.
but as advised, i will replace it!

yes a FMIC is going in, i purchased a 1000 cfm cooler for it, a little overkill, but it was super cheap!
i also have employed Russ to rebuild a 093 for me with a WW2,
not too worried about the whistle going away, i just dont wanna overheat it!

man you guys gave my truck a big head! coming home my water in fuel light came on!
but the stock WFS is deleted and the connector is wraped in tape.
must be a burnt wire...
ill track it down soon.

Hm, maybe the belt squeal is from the imbalance of the fan? : You could get away with running it for a short while without the fan, just to see what effect that has on the belt.

Vac pump pulley doesn't look bad. Smooth pulley, so it's __probably__ not a major factor in the squeal. Looks like you could adjust how far it's installed on the shaft just a wee bit, line it up better.

That is one Bad Ass outfit! And other than the chirp and wobble of the fan that motor sounds really good, I am personally a big fan of loud turbos , Nice work!

Nice job. I almost bought a crew cab with a super cab on back of it, super crew I guess. That fan needs attention for sure and whats with the sideways and upside down camera? You right about the dizzy part.

it was filmed with my phone. i was unaware at the time that moving the phone, would make the video out of wack.
i thought these were smart phones!


shes going under the knife here again pretty soon for another round of upgrades... within the next week or so.
i just checked the play in the clutch fan, theres about 1/4-3/8" of play in the clutch itself.
damn thing has about 800 miles on it.
looks like another thing to add to the list!!

on a happier note, i have all the fixin's for the FMIC! all my boots and clamps came in today,
some SS filler rod, and some Ar, ill be good to go!

its getting changed soon as i do my inner cooler. pretty soon.
thats the great thing about vato zone.
every 100 bucks i spend in fluids, and stupid little things like RTV, i get a free air cleaner.

I've never used it auto zone never has what I'm looking for.
