There's three members who can attest to the fact that I'm not. Wes, but he isn't on here much anymore, BBB, and 264WSM. There was also Dreel86, but I don't think he's on here anymore either.

Recent oil change, fuel line repair and still loving the new 093 turbo setup. Not that it makes a difference in these conditions. Mountain climbing is over until summer. Wasn't even able to follow the existing tracks all the way to the end. I'll tip my hat to whoever cut the trail that far ahead of me.

Drove the truck in to the work shop, lotsa mangled 1/4" plate, a bent piece of 1/2" plate, 3 sheared 3/4" bolts, and a 3/8" thick bracket with a broken weld, didn't think I clipped the tree that hard, shows what 5' of leverage with a cclb 4x4 behind it at 5mph will do....
Picture of the 1/4" mangled bracket for along the frame supposed to follow the outside left framerail where it bends right behind the radiator support.

Also noticed a new issue, after putting in new battery cables this year, my alt is charging at 16.7v, guess I need a new regulator...

I jump started my 7.3 powerstroke with my 6.9 which took an hour on the fast idle stick jump start and a boat battery and a jump pack, the powersmoke has a fuel bowl issue and a battery drain so it’s a pain to get going if it sits.

I like your fast idle stick method. :Thumbs Up

This might not apply to your situation but I figure I'd throw it out there:
Get bigger/heavier booster cables and it'll start much faster. And put the ground clamp on the hood latch or other chassis ground, not the batteries.

Better yet get one good cable set for each rig. Then when you need to start the PSD...use both sets! One set on each battery. Ground clamp to chassis on vehicle that needs help only. With heavy enough cables it'll start just like the IDI's batteries were in the PSD.
