Swapped beds. Now to get rid of that parts truck.
It’s okay I’m down for the trip!!Saw your post on Facebook and was tempted to be a smart aleck but decided not to. I was also thinking about offering to buy you lunch if you'll deliver it for free
I never even entertained the idea of baby blue on my truck but after seeing it I’m sorta considering it. It’s definitely a color you don’t see oftenYou stop when you have a full coat of fresh paint on it!
If I ever paint my dually it'll probably be baby blue with dark blue and the bottom and a series of stripes by the body lines. My dad had a '81 regular cab, short bed with a 3.8 V6 that I helped him work on a lot when I was a kid. I've had a vision of the paint scheme on my crew cab dually. Baby blue is legit! But what about Navy blue....... BIGFOOT style!!!!I never even entertained the idea of baby blue on my truck but after seeing it I’m sorta considering it. It’s definitely a color you don’t see often

I found this, it's masculine.
I won't get too sentimental, but the only thing my dad and I had in common was Ford trucks and our last name. He was a regular cab short bed guy, he'd have all sorts of colorful remarks to make about my Crew cab dually with a diesel engine. He died a year or two before I got it. He said my 95 extended cab "looked like I slammed on the brakes and my cab went a little farther before it finally stopped". He didn't like diesels either. My Grandfather's 83 F150 was that color. It's technically the reason I have one of these trucks in the first place. I kinda want to find another one just like his was.
My stepdad, Kenny, who I really wish I shared my last name with, is so funny about my truck. He’s such a dad about it. He’d always be on my ass in highschool because it’d leak oil all over the driveway. But every time anything happened to it he’d show up with the tow strap and complain the whole way home. My mom and him got married when I was like 2, and they both grew up driving older stuff. So they love it, That’s my dad lol. That's my plan too.
