I'm not at all a fan of the "Pro Street Dually" look. If it has dual wheels, I like seeing the dually fender to go along with it!

Yea, it dont look right and some extra wide rear tires would look better.

Maybe, but I've never liked the Pro Street look at all. I like wide rear tires to stick out. It looks more like a hot rod to me.

A couple things. I used to gorilla adhesive stuff that’s good for metal on the roof support that was not supporting anymore and it’s very strong now, hopefully it’ll last. I also painted the inner fender. Finished the body mount bushings. Also put sound deadening on the firewall as you can see, to be honest I did that because there were a bunch of little marks from the purse I used to fix the dents from the tire exploding. I’m sure it may help with sound somewhat but it covers it so it looks nicer. I’m still pissed that I messed up the firewall but it really made me realize how bad tire explosions could be, I thought it was from the crash (technically still is) but the damage was mainly from the 3 foot flat smacking it.

I've seen their commercials a few times so now I'm picturing you in the truck noticing the support is loose and getting out of the truck to a gorilla behind you holding some glue and you screaming and jumping in surprise just like the commercials LOL LOL

I wish I had pictures of my old Chevy with the service bed when it blew a rear tire. Granted it was rusty so it's not a fair comparison, but I was still pretty impressed with how bad the tire blowing blew out the fender. This was at about 1mph in a field too so it would have been much worse if I was going down the road.

Man I felt so bad yesterday, I was coming off this overpass with the skid steer and saw a tire in the road. Barely missed it. Once I looked up I saw an absolutely fresh f550 service truck, I mean it was beautiful man. The driver front tire had blown up and completely ripped off the fender and blew the headlight out of the core

And then you had to go change underwear!;Poke
Dude! The same overpass yesterday, it’s kinda of a downhill left turn almost like an on ramp. This lady in a crv slams on her brakes for no apparent reason and there are too many cars to merge. I lock the truck up and then pinch the trailer brakes as hard as I can while cranking the setting with my thumb LOL. I hate people so much, then she takes off and flips me off.

I needed new underwear and probably a new heart after that one

It sounds to me like you need to find a different route to take.

The longest route often is faster since less travel it, most people go by gps. I fine it best to plot off a map before hand and go for back roads if can since have minamal lights when not taking highways, also when running a distance to navigate around big citys or towns if can. If have to travel busy areas it is good to know what roads are least traveled and take them, those roads will be the ones with least store fronts.

Welded the traction bar brackets on. Kinda. I did one little pass because the welder I’m using is set up for some thin stuff. I gotta roll the truck around to the other side to use the big one.

I know a lot of people don’t like welding to frames but I’ve seen/done it so many times by now on other peoples stuff and haven’t had any bad results.

There we go. Finished the welding. It’s only 107 today so figured it was a great time to lose 40 pounds in sweat
