Twin Pyrometers?

Probably a stupid question but I never really thought about it before so I'll go into what I'm doing first.
I'm going to run true dual exhaust on my 85 6.9l non-turbo (no crossover pipe) leading into twin stacks with no mufflers.
I'm adding a pyrometer but was trying to figure out if there is a real benefit to running twin pyrometers other than just having a better idea of what each bank is doing?
I believe I can adjust my pump fine with only one (I only know how to adjust my pump using a pyrometer even though I'm sure there are plenty of other ways) so I'm not sure I want to put the extra money out to run both sides.

Not needed, you’re better off spending more money on a higher quality gauge than running two cheaper ones.
That's what I was thinking. But wanted another option or opinions. Just wanted to be sure as I'm ordering parts and such now.
Thanks

There is a decent quality twin pyro in one gauge out there, it is industrial not flashy. As stated not needed but if you gotta have one. I’ll try to recall the name. Not Auber, they are all digital. Gonna be LOUD!

If it ends up being too loud I'll add some glass packs. But I'll start this way and see how it goes.
Nice thing about SC is nobody gets to worked up about it either way.
As long as I can hear my music I'm good

Googling showed up a dozen!
Heck if you are going to have twin straight pipes might as well have twin pyros!
Finding one wasn't the issue as I have found several.
I was only thinking of saving the extra money for other things if there was no real benefit from it.
As far as parts go I have found Amazon to be great so far. I also have other vendors sites and catalogs available to me if I need them. And my youngest son is working at advanced auto parts while he is in college and can order me stuff.

Isspro makes a twin pyrometer as well. I looked into buying one because I thought it was neat, but then you price 2 probes, 2 sets of wires, and then the gauge and it became not worth it.

Truthfully it's not really needed 99.9% of the time.

The only time I could think it would be useful is if you have a fuel related misfire, and could narrow it down to one bank or the other.

my 85 idi was dual exhaust with Glasspacks before i turbocharged it. Everyone thought it was a gasser from the sound when you were on it, kinda miss all the noise!

Since I just had to replace my thermocouple a few months ago:
The probes come with wires(all one piece ready to go) and generic K-type thermocouples are only about $14 shipped on Amazon. So a dual setup would only cost $14 more than the gauge difference.

As said you only need 1 for your setup unless you have a significant injector issue. Would still be cool!

I believe there isn’t one hahha. No but in reality a 3inch with a straight through farm style muffler is my favorite. Keeps the egts down a little and still has a nice but not obnoxiously loud sound to it.
