Theres nothing major wrong with my truck that can;t be fixed with a little attention, but the driver is just plain wore out beyond repair. I aint got a blamed part left that still works within original design specs , I wish I was in half as good a shape as that ol truck.. Id be signing up for a marathon LOL

Well I feel better about my truck now..

Broken:
- Reverse lights
- Plate marker lights
- Stock glow plug controller (right flush with the intake manifold)

Breaking/Leaking:
- Steering box leaking and has play
- Front most body mounts rotting away
- Oilpan gasket leaking
- various other leaks

Nothing else comes to mind at the moment.

DS front door lock actuator. That's it I think. So, looks like I'm not sitting to bad.

A lot of wants and think-need-it's being seen above lol. I'll start with my 94(it's a psd but you weren't specific, HATE ON IT HAHA :flipa )
well the brakes don't work. You can pump then up but they bleed off quick. Rear left wheel cylinder leaks. Probably a sticking injector because the exhaust will treat your eyes like onions. Turn signal switch is loopy. Steering column needs rebuilt. Oil cooler just started leaking the other day. Leaks until it warms up. Slight fuel leak in the valley. A few bad glow plugs. Need new rear tires. Need to pay it off and return to gin pole winch bed to the owner(some assjack welded it on). The rear slidding window latch is MIA. That's about all I can think of right now. She's just keeping the driveway warm until I get the tag and insurance taken care of.
The 88 needs a transmission or rebuild the one I have(stripped gears and worn bearings, DO ASK). Need to go put the title in my name(OOPS). Speedometer gear and ring are both stripped. Couple bad glowplugs. Headlight adjusters are gone, they bounce like some DD's going over bumps. I think that's it.

Well, hmm. Let's see. there's no rust under the engine. Because it's all coated in ATF from the steering system! Have to top it off every week or so.
Needed:
- Rear shocks
-Drop mount for track bar
-Reseal rear tank/Adjust harpoon mod
-Replace last two injectors
-Possible engine mounts now?
-A couple dash lights
-Rear axle seals and brakes installed.

That's about it. Mostly small things since I don't need to use it hard right now, but I'm definitely going to need to take care of most of this before the summer. Feeling pretty good about her, she's a great truck.

only half pedal on clutch (MC is done for)
oil leak around oil cooler
tie rods are shot
parking brake cable isn't hooked up
the running board on the pass side on the bed won't support any weight
electric locks don't work
pass front window needs a new motor
weatherstripping is toast
no speakers in the front doors
minor bodywork and new paint

the really sad part is I've had all the parts except the weatherstripping for 6 months....... :Q
I just don't ever seem to have the time......

Well this list is probably going to make me cry.

The IDI:
The cab leaks air from the holes in the floor
The exhaust leaks into the cab from the aforementioned holes
The passenger side B-pillar is free floating from the floor
The dimmer switch is hanging from the parking brake pedal due to lack of floor boards
Glow plugs are not connected because the relay is missing
Passenger drag link is bent
Power steering leaks fluid quickly
It has a C6 and 4.10 gears
Air intake snorkel is missing
Front bumper is going to rust off
Back bumper has been removed
Trailer hitch was scrapped
Tires are worn and don't match
Wipers are non-functional
Front fenders need replacing
Shocks are close to rusted off
Stock mirrors glare the hip lights into my eyes
A/C is either not there or not working. I can't remember which it is
Hood is a different color than the fenders that is a different color than the cab that is a different color than the bed
Missing a turbo
Missing BB or Moose injectors
Missing a Moose pump
Missing an intercooler
Missing a new cam
No coolant filter
Not running on WMO yet

The DD:
Needs a front bumper
Front fenders
Cab corners
More than an AM/FM radio
A/C fixed
E4OD swapped for a ZF-5
Automatic hubs swapped for manuals
Posi installed
Grease everything
Just basic maintenance until next summer once I get me IDI finished

The Wheeler:
Driver's side has 1/2 of one leaf missing
Snorkel hasn't been fabricated
Bumpers are still stock
Dana 60's haven't been rebuilt and swapped in
No exo-cage
No winch
Not on 37's with beadlocks
Basically it is not a truggy that is linked with coil overs yet.

'67 Project:
I haven't even looked at this truck in at least a year and a half. More than likely I will be dragging this around with me for the next four years or so before I start.

Fun topic!
;Sweet

The BAD -
Blue truck:
1) DMF is getting ready to crap the bed.
2) has passenger car tires
3) pivot arm bushings worn out, front leaf springs worn out.
4) has a Dana 50 front axle
5) carrier bearing worn out, driveline vibrates above 65 mph
6) paint is ugly

Murphy (E250 conversion van)
1) rear axle is getting ready to crap the bed
2) has E4OD with unknown mileage (it's not a matter of if it will blow, but more a matter of when)
3) needs alignment, possibly the steering box
4) has the 5.4 triton 2 valve engine that LOVES to puke it's plugs on occasion.
5) needs more power
6) power mirrors don't work

The GOOD
Blue truck:
1) interior is perfect, AC works, cruise, power windows, door locks all work.
2) all new fuel system, glow plugs, etc, timed to 9 degrees BTDC, runs like a scalded ape.
3) 6.9 engine, no more cavitiation worries.
4) starts great, even when it's cold
5) is paid for
6) hauls anything and everything I need it to

Murphy (E250 conversion van)
1) has a Ford factory reman engine with about 30k miles on it
2) has brand new 235/85R16 BFG AT "E" rated tires on it
3) interior is perfect, rides like a dream
4) has a propane/120 volt fridge
5) fridge is filled with beer, available for consumption at any time
6) has a built in crapper for long road trips, keeps the wife and kid happy, no more stopping for anything BUT fuel!

My grandma always said "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" so there, I said nice stuff too ! ;Sweet

Aw, heck! I feel SO much better now! I thought it was just my pathetic life! LOL

In no particular order:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bumper mounts front and back still tweaked from a hard (but straight) rear-ending a year ago. Class III hitch held the rear frame together nicely, BTW, and only body damage was in rear bumper end wells. (No one injured either - the guy's car was a total, though!)

Intermittent wipers work intermittently..... Time to replace combined turn signal-and-wiper control-arm unit. :frustrate

One of my recent Delphi BBs appears to be unhappy. Sheesh. Waiting on timing until I fix that.

My fave issue: PO installed U-joints, but installed them backward? Yup: Zerks face fore and aft!!!! :rotflmao

Cover floor holes from crudely-fitted BMW seats PO installed. Lucky he still had the stock seats. Anybody wanna buy some used BMW seats, cheap? :D:D:D

Alternator vibrates. Pivot bolt fell out, so I put in a replacement (METRIC!?). Even after proper bolt installed, still vibrates. cookoo

Slow leak from radiator's trans cooler plumbing. My former mechanic installed fittings with silicone?

Sealed beams suck! LMC headlight relay kit and factory-optional euro-style units ready to install. Es convert easily to euros.;Sweet

Trailer brake controller. U-Haul unit that came with van shook apart internally.

Vinyl seat bottom stitching disintegrating. :dunno
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wow, is that really all? Oh, wait; remembering how much I've spent to get to this point...-Playme
