I can’t figure this out.

So my turn signal works normally as is when the headlights are off. When the headlights are on, the turn signal filament stays illuminated solid (not flashing) along with the running light. But when I activate the turn signal while the drl/headlights are on it will flash like it should. When I turn the running light/headlights on the indicator for the left turn signal is illuminated in the cluster(PSOM)

I have not installed LEDs
I replaced the multifunction switch no change.
I replaced both flasher relays, no change
I checked the fuses.
Rear signals and running lights work as they should without issue
Bulb appears to be good. Swapped with the other bulb and have the same result

I did not tamper with anything at the front of the truck when this occurred.

I DID however replace the dash harness in the interior of the truck when this started happening but I don’t think it correlates. I think that is coincidental. The dash harness was in good visual order and installed properly and everything else works great.
Sanded down the grounds in the kick well as well to get the best contact possible.

Am I dealing with a bad ground, I don’t know where the proper ground on these lights are at. Or a bad socket. I have some replacement sockets and I installed one on the side that is messed up but didn’t get any different results.

I’ve looked thru many different threads and I just cannot figure this out for the life of me.

*EDIT*
After jiggling bulb in the *copy me* brand new dorman plug it does all sorts of wonky thing. Sometimes it flashes sometimes not. I put it all back together the same way I found it and now. The front and rear driver side signal don’t work when the headlights are on but will flash with the hazards, and turn signal works with headlights off… I’m beyond stumped. Turned the hazards on and the front two turn signals are “OUT OF SYNC” !?

It does sound like a bad ground. If you want to verify this, get a scrap piece of wire, stripe one end and put it on a good known ground, one of the battery negatives will work. Take the socket bulb assembly out, turn things on till it's in the failure mode, and then take this ground wire you made, with the copper showing, jamb it down beside the bulb while the bulb is still in the socket. If the problem goes away, you know you have a bad ground for sure.

A new socket usually fixes this. Since that didn't work, it must be the ground wire itself to the socket, I am not sure where the ground for the front lights is tied in at.

P.S. The jamb the wire beside the bulb trick works for the round type bulbs with the brass on the bulb. If you have the newer bulbs that slide in, not sure how to reach the ground on those.
