You guys are making me feel really good about my truck 
Whats Broke On Your Truck

-leaking fuel heater orings
-missing panel on side of seat
-dash trim broken loose
-shifter boot torn
-exhaust hanger rattle
-down pipe leaking
-P/S leak at box
-oil leak at rear of engine

The drw needs
all 8 gp's
return kit
trans at some point still works
injectors/ip have 107xxx on them thats coming up soon
The srw needs hmm alot an shes gotten the most love
Both fuel tanks need senders an neck mods
Clean the pick ups
Brakes are not the best but all new pads an shoes
One new raduis arm bushing
An a new dash harness
upgrade to a 1in RDT soon.

Tranny pan leaks
something with the brakes
need to put on my return line kit
timing
rear view mirrior (fell off)
2 front tires
rust is starting on body pnels
may need ball joints
need to get a fuel pump block off kit
Need to get bracket for kickdown rod ..
All I can think of for now lol

Still broke -
Flatbed needs mounted (orginal bed in VERY bad shape, cheapest bed I could find)
Custom filler necks for flatbed
Fuel heater leaking/connector falling apart
Steering gearbox or pump leaking (will replace both)
Steering shaft needs replaced
Shocks worn out
Carrier bearing for rear drive shaft
Headlights fogged over
Oil cooler possibly leaking externally (comes down from above filter but nothing visable above cooler)
Could use front springs but Ill probbly wait for D60 swap first
Front seat needs restored
Cant read screen on factory orginal radio (still works great even with bent antenna)
Front brakes are nearing replacement time but trying to wait on D60 swap (will do rears at same time)
Cab needs painted/still partly dented but much better
Recently fixed -
Valve Cover gaskets
Lift pump
Injectors
Injection Pump (NMB2 Turbo cal)
Exhaust (4" straight pipe vs ending at DP)
EGT gauge replaced (inop when I got truck)
Added boost/tranny temp (have coolant temp gauge but havnt installed sensor yet)
Right fender and door replaced

My windshield wipers won't park. I have to turn them off at the right time to get em to stop where they belong. The intermittant wiper wont work. They run like normal. Theres a piece of rubber on the inside of the passenger side window that pops up when the window goes up. Gotta push it down all the time. Oh and the stereo loses the dr side speaker ocasionally. Spraying the volume knob with contact cleaner fixes it for a few days.

I had that issue to, i ripped the top part of the gasket when I was putting it in. It looked as tho the filter was leaking bc the oil would go halfway around the top then come down. I tried to use my phone camera to see where it was leaking but I couldnt tell until I pulled the cooler out again and saw the top of the gasket ripped.
Is lmcs relay mod just a direct plug and play type thing?

Yep. Only 'trick' is finding a place to mount the relays, but I got creative with a couple of existing bolts/studs. Whole job took 20 minutes, including installing the new bulbs.

-Intake manifold oil leak at the back
-Turbo line oil leak
-Failed oil pressure sender
-EGT guage don't work
-Transmission stops shifting sometimes (wiring)
-Brake lines leaking
-Poor power steering
-Heater core plugged.. no heat
-A/C Doesn't work
-Transfer case needs a chain
-T-case boot not fastened (black smoke in the cab
the ladies love that!)
-Injection pump way outta time
-Needs a wheel alignment in the worst way
-Exhaust leaks
-Headlights are HORRIBLE
-Wipers won't turn off
-Hasn't pushed the 400hp mark.....
But HEY THE RADIO WORKS!!
Things are just always showing up after you tear the truck apart to the bare frame.. and try to put it all back together Still a few kinks... but slowly workin em out.

1 roof clearance light bulb burned out.
Left channel cuts out on stereo.
Rust starting to show, paint is fading fast.
Tires low on tread.
Selector knob broken for hvac.
Thats all I can think of for now.
She still starts and runs like a champ!

Passenger door is dented , mounts are shot, front fenders are dented, drivers side cab corner is rusted out,beds got rust it also,drivers door panel is broken,front seat has a rip, the roof pops when you close the small window when going over 50 mph lol,trans is messed up too that's it for now
