Call this guy and try to tell him that he does not have a Powerstroke in his truck.

http://lansing.craigslist.org/car/569217208.html

I spent a good 10 minutes with him cussing at me telling me that I don't know what I am talking about. It aparently has Powerstroke Stickers on it so it IS a Powerstroke, Even though it is a 92 with no turbo.

I was actually thinking about going to look at and buy it for the lot, but I will now have to pass.

He is a real bone head cookoo

but go ahead and give him a call, see how you do,..

Well I'll be very truthful when I bought the Enterprise I thought it had a powerstroke diesel - I thought all Ford Diesels were called Powerstroke then I learned later when I was rebuilding it (less than 3 months into ownership) what I really had purchased.

Sweet on the E-Mails, let us know if you get replys.

I can understand the confusion, especally since the truck has PSD stickers on it. I have had a couple of 92's with the stickers on them as well. Weather prevous owners just installed the stickers, or it was in an accident and replaced with fenders off a PSD.

This guy was just belegerent and pissed off when I camly told him that it was an IDI, he was cussin at me and telling me that I didn't know what the hell I was talking about. I ended up asking him if he would take my $1,000.00 bet offer.,... He hung up on me. It was kinda a fun way to spice up a low key Sunday afternoon.

Well, at least someone is looking at the positive side of this. Maybe the guy selling the truck really is just not in the know. Not so sure that 20 emails or phone calls harping on him will fix his ignorance. I sure hope he isnt a member here or an anonymous visitor here. If I were him your all's credibility would be in question.

I'm quite shure he's not a member and also hope he never is with an attitude like his. I'm willing to bet everything I own Darrin was in no way insulting the man, But instead just trying in vane to explane how he could be under the impression he had a powerstroke and did not. Heck there was a time I too didn't know the difference but I certaintly did not take offence and start cussing the man who set me straight.
