Tilt Steering Disassembly

Could someone please explain to me how to remove the tilt mechanism?

I have the column disassembled to this point:

I need to take it down to this stage to install a new actuator lever yet all I see are 2 threaded pins at 3 and 9 o'clock on the tilt housing:

I apologize for the dumb question, it appears so simple.

Those are the pivot pins you found. Thread a screw or bolt into them and pull it out. The tilt spring needs to come off but watch where the clips go to when they pop off. Then remove the coil spring and that will do it.
