This video has me really worked up!

I'm restoring a 1994 IDIT Dually. This video got me really worked up. Take a look and let me know how or what you feel about this. This truck most likely is my last truck -- I'm 72. Plan to keep it till I croak. All this regulation nonsense just P..... me off! I'm hoping more sane heads will rectify this going forward.

What Power Stroke truck doesn't have a computer? Power Strokes also had a OBD2 style port. Is it actually OBD2? I don't know. What PSD has an injector pump? Antique plates $100-$200? Not here in Kansas. It's $17.50 per year! At one point, it showed a picture of a Ford/Chevy hybrid. A1993 truck is NOT pre-OBD. They still used OBD1 one engines with EFI. While the basic premise was correct, someone didn't have a clue when the script for the video was written.

The Terminator movies were just a few that warned against A.I. The Cylons didn't like humans either and that was before the first Terminator. So was Vger although it was reasoned with eventually.

Obd2 was a huge step forward in making cars much easier to scan/diagnose. Ever scan anything pre obd2?... With your box of different connectors....and keys for said connectors. Scan tools then were expensive and not readily available except for a few sources, and needed cartridges for different makes and models, and all those different connectors.

Obd2 was a huge step forward in making cars much easier to scan/diagnose. Ever scan anything pre obd2?... With your box of different connectors....and keys for said connectors. Scan tools then were expensive and not readily available except for a few sources, and needed cartridges for different makes and models, and all those different connectors.

You didn't have to scan them after you learned all 5 sensors and their functions......I can hear a bad O2 sensor from a mile away, diagnose a bad TPS from a brief disciption of the symptoms......nowadays.......who knows......I do love my first Gen EFI trucks......carburetor are great!, but the EFI on my 86 and 93 Broncos as well as the TPI on KITT is so simple and functional......I am currently dealing with a bad "idle air control" (IAC) right now, its annoying, but I'll get it soon enough......
