1) remove everything from the small terminals of the relay
2) put that red/green wire on one of the small terminals - this is your key-on relay trigger power.
3) put the WTS light wire and the wire for your momentary switch on the other small terminal of the relay.
4) run the other wire from the momentary switch to a good ground.
What happens with this is the glowplugs are activated totally manually, but only when the truck's ignition is turned on, and the WTS light comes on only while you're holding the button. In other words the relay's trigger circuit receives power all the time while ignition is on, but the circuit is completed to ground and the relay is actually triggered only why you're holding the button. Since the WTS light also gets key-on power all the time with the ignition on, it is also only lit when its circuit is completed to ground by your manual push-button.
