What do you notice before and after the cam?

I haven’t pulled the meter back out yet just put the timing back to where it was so take it with a grain of salt, it made the engine noise a little louder and boosts substantially earlier that’s about it

Drove almost two hours round trip to pick this bad boy up for free. 37yrs old from Germany. Fit snug as a bug in the bed of the truck. I hate driving in congested city traffic of Portland....

Hey @IDIBRONCO , this one's fer you!

@Nero did a hundred mile trip for a pretty cool clock. But I did a hundred mile round trip to score this beauty! Yep, that's an '85 Honda ATC250ES! AKA... the Honda Big Red!!!

Through a long series of events I got into ATVs a few months ago. I'll spare you the details, so the really short edition is that I bought a 95 Kawasaki bayou 220 on one of my FedEx routes a couple weeks ago or $200, it needed a carb cleaning and tank draining, but it ran sweet. But low and behold this Big Red shows up on Craigslist $700 or trade...... well I texted him and he was as hot and bothered about a Kawasaki bayou as I was about a Big Red Honda! So I went and got it. It runs, smokes, and is missing a bunch of stuff, but WHO CARES!?!?! It's an ole Honda 3 wheeler!

The right fender always seems to be broken. Maier is about the only quality place to get aftermarket plastics. Another brand is KYX Pro. They have mixed reviews at best. The tires aren't great. The rubber gets stiff as the get older and they don't get great traction. The seat doesn't look terrible. In the picture, the foam seems to be ok. If it is, all you'll need is a seat cover. From what I can see, the gas tank doesn't look like it's rusted out. If not, congratulations. You've got a rare bird indeed. Overall, I don't think that you did terribly.

It's all pretty rough. It's missing rear brake cables, kicker lever, the actual actuator lever on the rear brake, it's got a China carb(that does appear to work), and few other doo-digs, but it's there, the frame is good. And the gas tank is solid, it'll need a vinegar soak to really clean it, but its surprisingly in good shape (it does have a dent).
I'm stoked. If you got a pile of extra parts and pieces that you'll part with, let me know.
I figured you'd appreciate that fine piece of 80s nostalgia.

I haven’t taken many pictures, the bottom one is from the auction company, but, I bought another truck. Went and picked it up yesterday.

1994 F350 7.3 IDI E4OD 4WD 11’ bed. Tricked out XLT interior.

Doesn’t shift right, flashing overdrive light, and leak from pan. Oh what fun… probably best to just go ahead and rebuild it… that makes two E4ODs that need rebuilt around my place…

I don't really have any extra parts laying around. If you want more advice on parts or anything else on it, send me a DM. Yes I did appreciate it.
