Yesterday - loaned the truck to a buddy that got me into IDIs. Today - loading it up with stuff for Goodwill.

Still driving with one dead cylinder. Don't have much of a choice. Mages it even more fun to start in the morning. Gonna pull valve covers Friday, hoping its just a stuck valve or broken spring.

Put some cardboard in front of the radiator so it will actually warm up on the drive in today.

And its going to drive 2500 miles in less than a week

Pulled drivers valvecover on the truck, found nothing. :(
Was hoping for something catastrophic but easy to fix... Pretty sure drivers front is the one missing, but going to pull passengers vc today and check it out.
Even with a shitload of blowby and oil usage, this motor had NO top end sludge.

Got two new studded winters for front of ranger, and installed them and the old rear studded as well.

Bottom line, now Mrs. will feel much more at peace and safe whilst driving!
