well i would imagine the temp outside is a bit chilly your way?? its normal when its cold outside for it to run a little rough at first and smoke on start up... my truck does it all the time
shes ok, as long as it does clear up. the white smoke is fuel, meaning some cylinders are not hot enough yet to ignite when the fuel hits it. no problem.
Cold cylinders don't burn as well as warm ones. The white smoke is fuel vapor from the cold combustion. If all is well once warmed up........that seems to be par for the course with mechanically injected IDI's.
