I dont have any idea i just thought i could help somway and i hadnt seen it mentioned yet. I am by far not a paint guy i just know that since my uncle has retired he restores and resells tractors and that is what he uses. I think i do remember hearing him say something about he messed up once and and had to use everything but a grinder to fix it. If any of you are big Oliver tractor fans you probably know of him.

I helped a buddy of mine paint a semi with Imron because he knew it would hold up.

Imron is what semi trucks come out of the factory with, which is why they go a million plus miles without rusting, but the stuff is $$$$
