Radiator covers?

My father just bought a 1999 Ram diesel about 2 weeks ago. Decent shape and runs like a top, but as with most diesels, it takes FOREVER o get warmed up in the cold.

What is the correct name for the cover that goes on the grille to keep the cold air out when driving? Where do you buy them and did it make a huge difference? I told him his block heater is his best friend this time of year with anything diesel.

its a cold front............mine are LUND but there is plenty of kinds out there.................do it its best for warm up
