Here's what my '93 does most of the time in the grass growing months. Hopefully it'll have a snow plow and winch on it this winter to help me make a little money in the winter months.

ford6.9 I will post some more pics this weekend. I am going 300 miles away to pick up a 2 1/2 ton 6x6 truck and on the way back im picking up my 20ft bumper pull that will have a Hay V rake loaded on it. Ill be grossing around 38k depending on fuel. Truck and Trailer 17k, 6x6 = 13,500, 20' trailer= 4500, V rake = 2700lbs.

With my old 4.10s it took a little bit to get some heavy loads going. I mostly just ran 4L without the hubs locked in to get it going and then switched to 2H so I wasnt straining the clutch to much. This will be my second tow with my 4.56 gears so I dont think that she will have any issues since I wont be going thru any mountain pass.

I just know my next modification will be disc brakes on the rear

put mine to work again. 28 ft inclosed racecar trailer. 3500 lb tounge weight due to all the tool boxes in the front of the trailer. total weight of trailer is 9476 lbs. tounge is low due to my hitch being a little low. squated truck about 1.5 inches. towed beautiful.

Here are two.

One of my favorite beach in Southern Baja, and the other getting ready to do some moto riding.

I wish I had the photo of my truck pulling my buddies rolled jeep cheroke up the 8 freeway grade with a uhaul flatbed, 8 peoples gear, three in the front, and 5 in the back!

I worked the crew cab pretty hard this past week. Took the fam out to Knoebels for a couple of days. We ended up right down the road at J&D's campground which was only 1.5 miles from the park. On the way out from Jersey we went through Bloomsburg and headed south. Going home we went south on 61 to Hamburg to stop at Cabelas. Boy did we hit the grades. 8% and 11% pulling almost 12,000lb 34' 5er plus the nearly 8,000 pound truck, the 6.9 was worked. It never skipped a beat. It had the normal fluctuations on te coolant temp gauge but never went too hot. Trans only saw 190 with once hitting 215*. Going up the long hills I monitored to keep the pyro at 1150 while working the skinny pedal to keep from having a melt down. Boost was around 12psi. Also downshifting to 2nd was a must a couple of times.
All in all I was very happy with the performance and when compared to newer trucks, I ran right there with them.
